An Interesting Self-Observation

Since declaring myself independent, I have largely found myself not as angry as I used to be.

Please discuss.

Because you are not obsessed with defending every policy, every whim, every assertion for or against your party. It is freedom. It is beauty.

Being non-partizan is a wonderful thing. I claim to be, but of late I have slipped into the horrible habits of mud-slinging with those whom I disagree. Bad habits die hard I guess.

You are less angry because you are less emotionally involved in your ideas. That is my suspicion anyway.

I think that's it.

I no longer feel the need to jump to a defense, nor an attack. I can disagree or agree at a time of my choosing.

I'm still considering doing the same Jim. Keep us updated on your state and perhaps others will follow.
